Back in March, I blogged about the Media Center-styled Royale Theme for Windows XP. You can now get a black version of it here:

Im surprised how good it is! The only thing that is incomplete is the start button, if you click it then it turns green, but therest feels like its an interface from movie and everything is floating! Just great!

Laialy, you have to extract the rar file (use 7zip) and read the included text file to get it to work.
