  1. FireFix is using a sophisticated rendering engine that has been developed by Mozilla.
    This is the fruite of years and years of development & research!

    I believe Microsoft uses Mozilla’s engine as well; This is a typical Internet Explorer (winXP) fingerprint :: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1) – Build ID: 2006072814

    My FireFox’s fingerprint is :: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.0.6) Gecko/20060728 Firefox/1.5.0.6 – Build ID: 2006072814

    I don’t think Apple can match FireFox’s Gecko engine, not yet.

    P.S. :: My info is built upon observation. I haven’t checked my claims. If someone thinks I’m wrong, please do correct me. And point your sources.
