When you lose fat, it comes from your total fat reserves, and you have no control over what part of the body those fat reserves will come from. Spot exercises can tone and strengthen muscles in specific areas. But, aerobic exercise — such as brisk walking, jogging, cycling, or aerobic dance, for example — is the best way to burn fat. The bottom line: You’ll burn more fat from if you take a brisk 20-minute walk than if you do 100 sit-ups.

  1. I’m a size 8 but I can QUICKLY gain and curve up (and I happen to be mafjou3a) which is why jogging, yoga, and aerobics are my bestfriends. It’s only challenging dragging yourself to the excercise mat bilbidaya, but as soon as you pump up, you feel so great afterwards and as soon as the tight jeans zips up without me wrestling with it, I know I reached the final goal :)
